Amy R. Harris
I am a Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I am dedicated to helping people know what it means to live and blend their lives well. A well-blended life is not just what you eat, but it is also what you do with your lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition.
I help clients develop, plan, and implement behavior modification programs for weight loss, healthy eating and exercise habits. I enjoy helping my clients overcome the barriers they face to achieving their passion and dreams for a fulfilling life.
I am a marathon runner and a yoga instructor. I use these outlets as a way to manage stress while keeping flexible and strengthening my core. I LOVE to cook and create healthy meals that explode with flavor.
